Straightforward cases may resolve in a few months; more involved estates may take longer. We keep families informed throughout and do not make commitments on timing that we cannot keep.

Our listed fees cover the core service as described. If additional work is needed beyond the original scope — for example, if the estate is more complex than initially understood — we discuss this with you openly before proceeding. There are no unexpected charges added without your knowledge.

We follow strict professional standards of confidentiality. Documents are stored securely, and information is shared only with parties who have a direct legal role in the estate. We do not discuss cases outside of the people directly involved.

We work with both Thai nationals and expatriates resident in Thailand. Estates involving foreign beneficiaries or assets held abroad may have additional requirements; we will explain what those are during an initial consultation.
